Job title: Customer Success Account Specialist

Position Summary: As a Customer Success Account Specialist you will work closely with the MedPro Customer Success and Sales Teams and manage assigned MedProID customer duties, serving as the first line of contact, post-sales. Proficient in the MedProID suite of products, you will provide input on system enhancements and test new functionality, in addition to understanding and working with diverse customer requirements and processes. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and participate in specific customer facing initiatives, such as pre-sales demos and product training. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks and responding to customer requests/inquiries over the phone, via e-mail, or in person and provide solutions to concerns. The ideal candidate will have three years of post-collegiate job experience. This position will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will work out of our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.

Team: MedPro Compliance Advisory Services

Job title: Aggregate Spend Account Manager

Position Summary: As an Aggregate Spend Account Manager, and a member of theMedPro Compliance Advisory’s Aggregate Spend Team you will be primarily responsible for new customer implementations and ongoing customer support, with Account Managers leading the provision of contract services and owning the customer relationship. They are responsible for delegating tasks to members in other specialty areas and collaborating across the MedPro Compliance Advisory group to maintain a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of post-collegiate job experience; account management experience preferred. This position will report to the Aggregate Spend Team Manager and will have a flexible/hybrid work location.

Job title: Senior Compliance Advisor

Position Summary: As Senior Compliance Advisor and a member of the MedPro Compliance Advisory Services Team (“MCA”) you will leverage your compliance and regulatory expertise to provide education and solutions to MedPro’s internal colleagues and external customers. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree such as a J.D. strongly preferred) and 5-7+ years of legal, regulatory or compliance job experience. The Senior Compliance Advisor will report to the Director, Global Regulatory, and will work out of our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.

Job title: Quality Assurance Lead

Position Summary: The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead builds and maintains the processes, artifacts, and people that allow MedPro to deliver reliable solutions to the marketplace. As a QA Lead, you and your team will work across a diversity of MedPro’s products and projects to provide verify new and changed features against documented acceptance criteria and regression tests. In addition to a strong QA background, the successful candidate is expected to have strong coordination, leadership, and communications skills with an attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of QA experience as well as Advanced Excel Skills. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Development and will work out of our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.
