Oregon's New Pharmaceutical Representative Licensure and Disclosure

Oregon’s New Pharma Rep Permanent Rule

On June 17, 2022, the state of Oregon released a Pharmaceutical Representative Licensure and Disclosure law requiring pharmaceutical representatives who do business with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within Oregon to acquire a license prior to marketing or otherwise promoting products to HCPs licensed in Oregon.

In order to help businesses prepare to meet their obligations under the new Oregon law, the MedPro Systems Compliance Advisory Services team presented a webinar where they discussed:

  • Requirements included in the newly released Oregon Permanent Rule
  • How to properly prepare and file the Oregon disclosure report
  • How to prepare your business for data collection and reporting obligations
