Nevada Marketing Code of Conduct Annual Filing Form Due 6/1
All wholesalers or manufacturers employing a person to sell or market a drug, medicine, chemical, device, or appliance in Nevada must annually submit the Nevada Marketing Code of Conduct Annual Filing Form. The form is available online. Completed forms must be received by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy by June 1 at 5 PM PST.


Belgium Sunshine Act Annual Disclosure Due 5/31
Pharmaceutical and medical device companies subject to notification must document and annually publicize the premiums and benefits granted directly and indirectly to Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and Patient Organizations by May 31 for the preceding calendar year on the Belgium central platform, betransparent.be. Companies subject to notification must also disclose if they have no reportable transfers of value.
Netherlands Disclosures Due June 1 for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Companies
License holders and members of the Foundation for the Code of Pharmaceutical Advertising, members of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), suppliers of medical devices subject to the Foundation for the Code of Medical Devices and members of MedTech Europe must report transfers of value provided to Dutch HCPs, HCO institutions, associations of HCPs and Patient Organizations.
