As a Customer Success Account Specialist you will work closely with the MedPro Customer Success and Sales Teams and manage assigned MedProID customer duties, serving as the first line of contact, post-sales. Proficient in the MedProID suite of products, you will provide input on system enhancements and test new functionality, in addition to understanding and working with diverse customer requirements and processes. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and participate in specific customer-facing initiatives, such as pre-sales demos and product training. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks and responding to customer requests/inquiries over the phone, via e-mail, or in person and provide solutions to concerns.

The MedPro Product Specialist serves as a pre-sales consultant to prospective and existing customers. Working in partnership with our sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams, the role shapes decisions around products, data services, APIs, integrations, and workflows that solve our customer’s business, compliance, and data management challenges. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, translating business needs into practical solutions, demonstrating capabilities, and supporting sales opportunities from discovery through proposal, RFP/RFI response, solution definition, and a supporting role in ongoing customer success. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with data and technology, curiosity about customer problems, and the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, practical terms.

The Data Acquisition Engineer I is an entry-level engineering role responsible for supporting the reliable retrieval of raw data from external sources such as APIs, file transfers, partner systems, and web endpoints. This role focuses exclusively on executing and monitoring data acquisition jobs under guidance, learning source access patterns, and escalating failures appropriately. The Data Acquisition Engineer I plays a foundational role in the company’s data pipeline by ensuring external data is successfully acquired and delivered to downstream teams according to defined handoff expectations. This role is based in Mount Arlington, New Jersey.
