Job title: Aggregate Spend Account Manager

Position Summary: As an Aggregate Spend Account Manager, and a member of theMedPro Compliance Advisory’s Aggregate Spend Team you will be primarily responsible for new customer implementations and ongoing customer support, with Account Managers leading the provision of contract services and owning the customer relationship. They are responsible for delegating tasks to members in other specialty areas and collaborating across the MedPro Compliance Advisory group to maintain a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of post-collegiate job experience; account management experience preferred. This position will report to the Aggregate Spend Team Manager and will have a flexible/hybrid work location.

Job title: Infrastructure

Position Summary: As Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and managing IT infrastructure and services, including networking, security, servers, backups, patching, email, VOIP and disaster recovery. This role includes installing and supporting software, debugging multiple systems, and supporting company-wide users. You will also be required to perform high-level root cause analysis for service interruption recovery and implementing preventive measures as needed. Qualified candidates should have a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field with experience in the configuration/administration of Active Directory & Microsoft365. This position will report directly to the IT Manager and will work out of our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.

Sales Executives are responsible for selling net new business as well as managing a customer beyond the initial sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of post-collegiate experience and possess an entrepreneurial spirt. This role will report to the Sales Director and will work out of our corporate Mt. Position Summary: With the successful launch of MedPro ComplianceReportingID and MedPro Compliance Advisory Services in 2021, the company has identified expansion opportunities building upon its historical achievements across our three core brands. To accomplish these ambitions, senior leadership have prioritized recruiting a Marketing Director to the organization who will play a critical role in driving the business forward.

This newly created role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to establish a marketing function that strengthens our ability to be customer-focused, anticipate and deliver upon changing customer needs, and strengthen perceptions and awareness of the MedPro brand across all relevant channels. The Marketing Director will report directly to the Vice President of Sales who oversees all sales, marketing, and partnership operations and will work out of our corporate Mt. Arlington, NJ location.
