The Database Administrator II is a mid-level professional responsible for managing and maintaining relational database systems across on-premise and cloud environments. This role plays a critical part in provisioning, tuning, securing, and supporting Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. The DBA II collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure database reliability, scalability, and performance, and contributes to initiatives that improve automation and operational excellence.

The Engineering Success and Growth Manager is a strategic, people-focused role responsible for driving the growth, development, and long-term effectiveness of the engineering organization. This individual will lead the design and implementation of frameworks, programs, and cultural initiatives that support skill development, career progression, and functional excellence across software, QA, and data engineering teams. The role will work cross-functionally with technical leaders, product partners, and HR to ensure engineers are supported, engaged, and positioned for success in a high-performing environment. This position reports to the VP of Technology and is based in Mount Arlington, New Jersey.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness of company facilities—covering carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems. This role also oversees office cleaning, interior and exterior upkeep, and assists with office and administrative projects as needed. The position serves as a key point of contact for facility-related contractors and vendors and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
