As a Customer Success Account Specialist you will work closely with the MedPro Customer Success and Sales Teams and manage assigned MedProID customer duties, serving as the first line of contact, post-sales. Proficient in the MedProID suite of products, you will provide input on system enhancements and test new functionality, in addition to understanding and working with diverse customer requirements and processes. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and participate in specific customer-facing initiatives, such as pre-sales demos and product training. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks and responding to customer requests/inquiries over the phone, via e-mail, or in person and provide solutions to concerns.

The Database Administrator II is a mid-level professional responsible for managing and maintaining relational database systems across on-premise and cloud environments. This role plays a critical part in provisioning, tuning, securing, and supporting Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. The DBA II collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure database reliability, scalability, and performance, and contributes to initiatives that improve automation and operational excellence.

As an Information Verification Specialist, you will be making outbound phone calls, while following a script, to a list of Healthcare practices and hospitals to verify and obtain the requested information per project, while following sampleability compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical companies to ship their product to the facility. The Information Verification Specialist will also research and pull information from various websites to support the development for new software applications for Healthcare License Solutions. This role will report to the Information Verification Call Center (IVCC) Manager.

The Quality and Compliance Specialist plays a key role in upholding the quality, compliance, and security standards of MedPro Systems and the Quality Management Team (QMT). This position is responsible for developing, reviewing, inspecting, and managing documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies, operational procedures, and industry regulations.

The Quality and Compliance Specialist supports the full lifecycle management of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal audits. Additionally, they support the Director of Quality and Compliance in maintaining certifications, participating in customer audits, and assisting with the completion of vendor questionnaires/requests for proposal.

The Sales Support Specialist provides integral support to the MedPro Sales Team. The team member is responsible for processing new sales leads, trade conference & internal MedPro event support, internal administrative onboarding of new clients and renewals for existing accounts, and assistance with the company’s Marketing efforts. This role will report to the Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships and will work in our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.
