CMS 2027 Open Payments Key Reporting Thresholds and Updated Teaching Hospital List Published
Between January 1 and December 31, 2027, manufacturers and GPOs must report transfers of value exceeding $14.31 for a single transaction and $143.01 in aggregate to a single covered recipient. CMS recently released its updated Teaching Hospital List for the 2027 Open Payments Reporting Cycle.
