BestInfo is updated weekly and covers more than 400 unique specialty designations across physician and mid-level provider types.

MedPro’s Specialty Challenge Process provides a compliant, structured workflow for verifying and resolving specialty discrepancies flagged by sales representatives. Submitted challenges are first compared against MedPro Best Specialty values. Where automated verification is not possible, MedPro’s call center team conducts direct outreach using customer-specific scripts to confirm the correct designation. The verified data is then delivered back to the customer for confident record updates.
